Description:
You have been disconnected.
This error occurs when your game client can't reach the server, or lose the current connection to it.
Solutions:
First solution:
Reset your interface to make sure your files and add-ons are not corrupted.
- Go to your game files
- Move your "Interface" folder to a place where you will find it later
- Restart the game without the "Interface" folder
- If it works, reinstall the addons in the new "Interface" folder that the game created
Second solution:
Reset your network devices to make sure your router is not overwhelmed with data.
- Turn off all computers connected to the modem/router.
- Turn off and unplug your modem, and your router if you are using one.
- Leave your devices unplugged for at least 1 minute.
- Plug your devices back in and then turn them back on.
- Wait until their respective initialization processes are completely finished (stable connection and absence of abnormal flashing diodes).
- Start the computer and let the initialization process continue completely.
Third solution:
Release and renew your IP and purge your DNS to resolve any network conflicts.
- From the desktop, press the Windows key and type CMD.
- Right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
- Type ipconfig /release at the command prompt. - Wait a few seconds for the IP to be released.
- Type ipconfig /renew at the command prompt.
- Wait a few seconds for your IP address to be restored.
- Type ipconfig /flushdns at the command prompt.
- Close the command prompt and attempt to connect.
Fourth solution:
Update your drivers and operating system to resolve compatibility issues.

- Click on "Check for updates"

Fifth solution:
If you are using a wireless connection, optimize your Internet connection to avoid any connection problems.
If possible, try to connect your PC directly to your box in Ethernet
Sixth solution:
Try to close all applications in the background to resolve software conflicts.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Escape simultaneously
- Close the background applications by clicking on them and then on "End task".
Seventh solution:
- Temporarily disable your anti-virus before restarting the game
- If it works, reactivate it and add the installation folder as an exception to the anti-virus
