Description:
When launching your game, it gets stuck on a black screen and does not launch.

Solution:
Follow the steps below exactly in the order they are in:

• Right-click on your WoW folder and select the "Cut" option
• Paste the folder in Program Files (x86) on your main hard drive and not on your desktop.
• Make an exception for this folder within your Anti-Virus software.
