Solution:

• Delete your Cache, Interface, and WTF folders in your game files.
  
• Open Command Prompt ( type CMD in windows search ) as admin and type in the following commands:
      ipconfig/release
      ipconfig/renew
      ipconfig/flushdns
• Restart both your PC and router.
• Make sure your wow is using your main GPU ( you go to system settings -> Advanced and bottom left you'll see "Graphics card" ) make sure it's your main GPU. This is in WOW itself.
• Make sure your computer has the correct requirements to run wow, you can read up on it here.
