Before doing the following steps below restart your internet router.

• Open a command prompt as an administrator
• Type the following commands in the exact order that they are in
  

ipconfig/release
ipconfig/renew
ipconfig/flushdns


Third solution:

• Close your game
• Delete the Cache folder
• Launch your game
