Press [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Delete] to open the task manager, close all unnecessary programs.
Try to update your drivers.
Use CCleaner to clean your directories.
Try to defragment your hard disk.
Get the latest version of DirectX and install it.
You can disable some of your add-ons that may affect the game's fluidity.
Right click on "My computer" then "properties", "advanced system settings" then "settings" of the performance sub-section, tab "Visual effects" then "Adjust to get the best performance" then OK.
Update your antivirus, scan your system and delete any infected files.
If you have unstable frames per second, enter the following commands in the chat:
