1. Shift + P to toggle collections

2. Select either Mounts/Appearances tab

3. On the Mounts Panel

-If “F” Icon is present, mount is available for purchase

4. On the Appearances Panel
-Hit Ctrl + Left click on an item to open up Dressing Room
-You can now choose the appearance/transmog by Ctrl + Left Clicking a specific item

5. You can purchase appearances or mounts either with Firestorm Coins or Loyalty Points
